Es parla dels objectius del projecte i es comen\u00e7a a valorar la seva viabilitat. \u00c9s quan conv\u00e9 iniciar el proc\u00e9s d\u2019acompanyament amb PERVIURE.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comprometre\u2019s:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9s l\u2019etapa en qu\u00e8 es concreten els principals compromisos del col\u00b7lectiu, que posteriorment permetran materialitzar el projecte. En aquesta etapa es realitza l\u2019estudi arquitect\u00f2nic, es defineix el model de governan\u00e7a, s\u2019estudia la viabilitat econ\u00f2mica i financera de l\u2019operaci\u00f3, es constitueix la cooperativa d\u2019habitatges i es tanca l\u2019acord per a l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 del solar o edifici on es faran els habitatges.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Materialitzar:<\/strong><br \/>\nEs la fase en qu\u00e8 s\u2019obt\u00e9 el finan\u00e7ament, es construeix o rehabilita l\u2019espai d\u2019habitatge i de conviv\u00e8ncia, es defineix la forma jur\u00eddica de tinen\u00e7a dels habitatges de cada unitat de conviv\u00e8ncia, i s\u2019inicia el funcionament de la cooperativa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conviure:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9s el gran moment culminaci\u00f3 tan esperat i desitjat;
