Preveure el futur a trav\u00e9s del cohabitatge s\u00e8nior: treballar ara per viure millor despr\u00e9s<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Coopviure \u00e9s una futura cooperativa d\u2019habitatge formada per un grup de persones d\u2019uns 50 anys que ha decidit comen\u00e7ar a planificar amb temps el seu projecte de cohabitatge s\u00e8nior. Comen\u00e7ar aquest tipus de projectes abans d\u2019hora no \u00e9s estrany, de fet, tots els projectes que vam visitar<\/span> durant la nostra \u00faltima ruta per diferents projectes de cohabitatge s\u00e8nior de Madrid i voltants<\/span><\/a>, ens vam trobar que tots es van iniciar d\u2019una manera similar: un grup de gent de al voltant dels 55 anys i m\u00e9s comencen a organitzar-se per pensar i treballar en un habitatge s\u00e8nior que els servir\u00e0 per atendre totes les necessitats que molt probablement requereixin en un futur. <\/span><\/p>\n

Des de Perviure, estem acompanyant a Coopviure en tot aquest proc\u00e9s a trav\u00e9s del nostre servei <\/span>PerviureAmbCures, <\/b>amb el que donem suport i assessorament durant les diferents etapes del cohabitatge, incorporant una visi\u00f3 centrada en les persones, l\u2019autogesti\u00f3 i les necessitats que podran requerir m\u00e9s endavant.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Volem viure en un cohabitatge, per on comencem?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00c9s recomanable que, un temps abans de comen\u00e7ar a conviure, <\/span>el grup hagi treballat la relaci\u00f3 entre els membres i \u00e9s molt important establir una \u201cestrat\u00e8gia conjunta\u201d que posi en sintonia les intencions del conjunt del grup<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Durant aquestes sessions, hem estat treballant la visi\u00f3 grupal amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019explorar i trobar quin \u00e9s el futur compartit que es vol crear.<\/span> Tamb\u00e9 hem comen\u00e7at a treballar sobre alguns aspectes clau que marcaran les directrius del projecte: <\/span><\/p>\n

Volem un projecte nom\u00e9s per persones grans o un projecte intergeneracional? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Quins s\u00f3n els valors que compartim?<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Cures i envelliment: com em cuido i com ens cuidarem?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Un cop aconseguida i consensuada una visi\u00f3 de futur conjunta i compartida, \u00e9s important parlar sobre quin tipus de cures creiem que podria necessitar el projecte i quin tipus d\u2019envelliment volem. En definitiva, <\/span>cal definir entre totes com volem entomar el proc\u00e9s d\u2019envelliment, i fer-ho conjuntament resulta un proc\u00e9s molt enriquidor a nivell individual i de grup.<\/b><\/p>\n

L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquestes sessions \u00e9s que tots els membres del grup coneguin amb m\u00e9s detalls aspectes concrets del proc\u00e9s d\u2019envelliment i es posin en com\u00fa els dubtes que puguin sorgir: <\/span><\/p>\n

Tenim visions similars respecte qu\u00e8 vol dir cuidar-se? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Com em cuido i sobretot, com m\u2019agrada que em cuidin?<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ara que ens coneixem m\u00e9s, ens fem cooperativa?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Quan el projecte ja est\u00e0 una mica definit en quant a la visi\u00f3 grupal i objectius del projecte, podem comen\u00e7ar a pensar si ens volem constituir com associaci\u00f3 o com a cooperativa.<\/strong> <\/span>Aquesta \u00e9s una decisi\u00f3 que dep\u00e8n de molts factors i \u00e9s una decisi\u00f3 molt personal de cada grup; n’hi ha que es constitueixen com a cooperativa gaireb\u00e9 des de l\u2019inici del projecte i altres que no es constitueixen com a cooperativa fins que no tenen el solar identificat, i mentrestant ja els va b\u00e9 la figura jur\u00eddica d’associaci\u00f3 per poder fer algunes gestions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ens constitu\u00efm com a cooperativa a com associaci\u00f3?<\/em><\/p>\n

Quin tipus de cooperativa va millor pel nostre projecte?<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En aquest terreny, hem estat fent un parell de sessions juntament amb la cooperativa Facto per treballar els estatuts de la futura cooperativa Coopviure. Aquest tr\u00e0mit requereix d\u2019uns mesos per tramitar-se, aix\u00ed que \u00e9s important fer-ho el m\u00e9s aviat possible per tal de poder solventar possibles contra-temps que puguin sorgir. A m\u00e9s, cal que tingueu en compte que necessiteu tenir un nom registrat i un n\u00famero de compte com\u00fa \u00a0per poder realitzar les aportacions de capital corresponents, amb una aportaci\u00f3 de com a m\u00ednim 3.000\u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n
