Ruderal<\/span><\/a> \u00e9s una cooperativa que t\u00e9 com a objectiu promocionar l\u2019habitatge cooperatiu en cessi\u00f3 d\u2019\u00fas a Vallcarca. Va n\u00e9ixer en el marc de l\u2019Assemblea de Vallcarca, amb la voluntat de promoure l\u2019habitatge popular com a eina per recuperar el teixit del barri i evitar l\u2019especulaci\u00f3 immobili\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n

El model d\u2019habitatge cooperatiu en r\u00e8gim d\u2019\u00fas es basa en l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 cooperativa i sense \u00e0nim de lucre per proveir d\u2019habitatge digne a un preu assequible les persones s\u00f2cies que la conformen. Les cooperatives en cessi\u00f3 d\u2019\u00fas s\u00f3n un model d\u2019habitatge en qu\u00e8 la propietat de l\u2019edifici \u00e9s col\u00b7lectiva i les persones s\u00f2cies gaudeixen del dret d\u2019\u00fas dels habitatges a canvi d\u2019una aportaci\u00f3 de capital inicial i una quota mensual.<\/p>\n

El grup s\u00f3n un total de 20 unitats de conviv\u00e8ncia conformades per 28 adults i 16 infants. S\u2019organitza de forma assemble\u00e0ria i pren les decisions a trav\u00e9s del consens, respectant l\u2019horitzontalitat i fomentant l\u2019apoderament i la implicaci\u00f3 de totes les persones del grup en el projecte. Cadascuna de les persones que forma part del grup participa en comissions i s\u2019encarrega de tasques en el marc del projecte.<\/p>\n
