Aix\u00ed doncs, el consistori vol impulsar un habitatge assequible, no especulatiu i que promogui la conviv\u00e8ncia entre les persones, i han vist en <strong>l\u2019habitatge cooperatiu en cessi\u00f3 d\u2019\u00fas una bona oportunitat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, des de Perviure estem fent <strong>un estudi de viabilitat per rehabilitar una antiga f\u00e0brica<\/strong> i convertir-ho en un projecte de cohabitatge en cessi\u00f3 d\u2019\u00fas al municipi. Aquest estudi es desenvolupa des de les diferents perspectives b\u00e0siques que es necessiten per a impulsar i avaluar la viabilitat d\u2019una promoci\u00f3 d\u2019habitatge social.
